Our Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached.
Returns that arrive worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or without their original tags may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Final-sale items are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items, swimwear, and intimates.
How to Start a Return
- Sign in to your account and open My Account → Orders.
- Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item(s) with the original tags attached and ship them back using the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or color is to return the original (free, within 30 days) and place a new order for the replacement.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and varies by product. Please refer to the individual product page or the manufacturer’s documentation for the applicable warranty terms.
